- รับผิดชอบการปรุงอาหารส่วนอาหารเช้าและห้องอาหาร
- วางแผนและจัดเตรียมเมนูและวัตถุดิบอาหาร
- พัฒนาคุณภาพอาหาร และ ดูแลความสะอาดภายในครัว
- อื่นๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปี ในสายงานครัวของโรงแรม ครัวร้านอาหาร หรือครัวจัดเลี้ยง
- สามารถทำงานได้โดยไม่ติดเรื่องเวลาเข้า-ออกงาน สามารถเข้างานเช้ามืดได้
- รักชอบการทำอาหาร
- สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง, ขยัน, อดทน, มีใจรักงานบริการ, ซื่อสัตย์, ตรงต่อเวลา, สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีทัศนคติในการทำงานที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ สามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันสูง และทำงานแข่งกับเวลาที่เร่งรีบได้
