What they need
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ – บัญชีลูกหนี้ และบัญชีค้างรับ - บัญชีค้างจ่าย พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและอัพเดตให้เป็นข้อมูลปัจจุบัน
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบบัญชีต้นทุนสินค้า
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบการตัดรอบการจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้/ติดตามการรับชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้ พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายได้/ค่าใช้จ่าย/สินทรัพย์และค่าเสื่อมราคา
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบการนำส่งภาษีซื้อ, ภาษีขาย, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภพ.30, ภ.ง.ด.3, 53), ทำรายงานต้นทุนสินค้า กระทบบัญชีแยกประเภท และปิดงบการเงิน
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บเอกสารทางด้านบัญชี และการเงิน (ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบสำคัญรับ, ใบกำกับภาษี เป็นต้น)
- Reconcile Bank Statement ของธนาคารฯ
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบ Stock สินค้า
- จัดทำประมาณการยอดขาย, ค่าใช้จ่าย, การรับเงิน - จ่ายเงิน
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชี และการเงินอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
