รายละเอียดงาน
- รับผิดชอบดำเนินการฟ้องร้องและแก้ต่างคดีให้กับบริษัทในคดีทุกประเภท ทั้งแพ่ง และอาญา เช่น คดีหมิ่นประมาท คดีแรงงาน คดีทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เป็นต้น
- ดำเนินการในชั้นบังคับคดี
- ให้คำปรึกษา ความเห็นทางกฎหมายแก่บริษัทหรือพนักงาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการหรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการว่าความและเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสอบสวนวินัย และ/หรือ งานนิติกรรมสัญญา ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสื่อสารมวลชนเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการเจรจา
