- รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานและการจัดการโครงการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแผนและงบประมาณ
- วางแผนและจัดการทรัพยากรในโครงการให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหาร
- จัดการและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ผู้ควบคุมงาน และทีมงาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในโครงการได้อย่างทันท่วงที
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในตำแหน่งโฟร์แมน
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการก่อสร้าง และสามารถจัดการทรัพยากรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้อย่างรวดเร็วและเหมาะสม
