หน้าที่หลัก:
- วิจัยความต้องการของผู้บริโภค โดยคำนึงถึงลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลางเพื่อเพิ่มฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- ศึกษาความต้องการและพฤติกรรมของผู้รับบริการเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ
- วิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูลทางสถิติ และการวิจัยโดยใช้ Big data
- ควบคุม ดูแล บริหารจัดการเพื่อให้เก็บข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- สร้างสรรค์การทำรายงานเพื่อให้ได้รายงานที่พร้อมใช้ทันสถานการณ์
- ศึกษาพัฒนาความรู้ และติดตามข้อมูล ข่าวสาร ความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี และองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรี-ปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ/สถิติ/วิจัย
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้านการวิเคราะห์ประมวลผลข้อมูล สถิติและวางแผนการตลาด
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล excel advance, PowerBI เป็นต้น
- มีทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ และการนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงกลยุทธ์
