- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของค่ารักษาผู้ป่วยรายวัน
- ควบคุมการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ Fax Claim ให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอน
- ให้คำปรึกษาเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนางาน
- บริหารอัตรากำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เหมาะสมกับภาระงาน
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- พัฒนากระบวนการเคลมประกัน และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วางระบบควบคุมภายในเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน
- ร่วมวางแผนงบประมาณเพื่อใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า
- ติดตามและรายงานผล KPIs เพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงาน
- ส่งเสริมพนักงานร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพ เช่น CQI, 5ส
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- การทำงานปฏิบัติงานรูปแบบเวลา-วันหยุด หมุนเวียน
