หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- งานด้านเอกสารสั่งซื้อและควบคุมวัตถุดิบ
เปิดใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) วัตถุดิบทุกตัวเข้าระบบตามความต้องการของโรงงาน
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารสั่งซื้อก่อนส่งอนุมัติ
- ดูแล Stock ปุ๋ย ยา และวัสดุอุปกรณ์
ตรวจสอบและควบคุม Stock ปุ๋ย ยา วัสดุ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในแปลง
ประสานงานเปิด Invoice ลูกสวน พร้อมส่งเอกสารเข้าสำนักงานใหญ่ตามรอบ
- ดูแล Stock และข้อมูลแปลงกล้วย
จัดเก็บข้อมูลและตรวจสอบยอดคงเหลือของ Stock แปลงกล้วยแต่ละแปลง
ประสานงานฝ่ายส่งเสริมและฟาร์มเพื่อความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
4.จัดทำข้อมูล สนับสนุน งานเครือข่ายเกษตรกร คิงฟรทุส์
- จำทำข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่าย แปลงบริษัทร่วมทุน และ แปลงบริษัท
จัดทำเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายแปลงกล้วย รวมถึงเอกสารสัญญาเช่า
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายฟาร์มและส่งเสริมเพื่อความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
