ตำแหน่ง: CarPAS Care (Sales & Customer Service - Online)
📍 ทำงาน: Onsite / Remote + มีออกพบลูกค้า
⏰ เวลา: 8:00 – 17:00
💼 หน้าที่หลัก
- ช่วยลูกค้าหาอะไหล่ และปิดการขายผ่านแชท (LINE / โทร)
- ตรวจสอบออเดอร์ให้ถูกต้อง (รุ่น/ราคา/ที่อยู่)
- ดูแลลูกค้าในพอร์ต กระตุ้นให้กลับมาซื้อซ้ำ
- แนะนำให้ลูกค้าใช้งานผ่าน CarPAS App ได้ด้วยตัวเอง
- ประสานงานทีมภายใน + ลงพื้นที่พบลูกค้าบ้าง
🎯 เรากำลังมองหาคนแบบนี้
- มีประสบการณ์ Sales / Customer Service / Chat Sales (1–3 ปี)
- คุยเก่ง อธิบายเข้าใจง่าย รักงานบริการ
- ละเอียด รอบคอบ เช็คงานเก่ง
- ใช้ LINE OA / Excel / CRM ได้ (หรือพร้อมเรียนรู้)
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ B2B จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
