หน้าที่หลัก
- บันทึกรายการบัญชีทั้งหมด ได้แก่ บัญชีเบิกจ่าย บัญชีรับเงิน บัญชีค่าใช้จ่าย และบัญชีเงินสดลงในระบบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบและสรุปใบเสร็จ ใบแจ้งหนี้ และเอกสารทางการเงินอื่น ๆ เพื่อความถูกต้อง
- จัดเตรียมรายงานทางการเงิน งบประมาณ และสถานะทางการเงิน
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ เพื่อแก้ไขและชี้แจงรายการบัญชีที่มีปัญหา
- ช่วยในการตรวจสอบบัญชี ผสมและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางภาษีของรัฐ
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
-วุฒิการศึกษาอย่างน้อยปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
-ต้องมีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับหลักการบัญชี มาตรฐานการบัญชีไทย และกฎหมายภาษีอากร
-เชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ระบบบัญชี
