What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบกำกับภาษี / ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- จัดทำใบวางบิลและรวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารเบิกจ่ายจากฝ่ายต่าง ๆ และจัดทำเอกสารจ่าย Supplier
- บันทึกบัญชีด้านรับ – ด้านจ่าย (Voucher) ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานบัญชี
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภงด. รายงานภาษีซื้อ-ขาย
- ติดตามพร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสถานะลูกหนี้
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ระดับการศึกษา ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
- คณะหรือสาขาบัญชีเท่านั้น
- มีความรู้ด้าน Excel
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
