- พิจารณาเอกสารต่างๆข้อมูลโฉนดที่ดินสัญญา เอกสารประกอบการจัดสินเชื่อให้ครบถ้วน
- พิจารณาอนุมัติสินเชื่อตามที่วงเงินกำหนดและเสนอผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติ
- อนุมัติอย่างมีมาตราฐาน BOT อย่างมีคุณภาพ NPL ไม่เกินที่กำหนด
- ทบทวนคำสั่งอัพเดท และกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ อนุมัติหรือวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อบ้าน สินเชื่อที่ดิน จากสถาบันการเงิน Bank หรือ Non-Bank อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้ MS office ได้ในระดับดี
- พร้อมทำงานนอกเวลาทำการ(OT) หรือในวันหยุดได้
