พนักงานผลิต

OVERVIEW:

The production operators are responsible for all aspects of production line, including: material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control and various support activities such as 5S, AM, PM etc. The operator position duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the plant need.

พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตต้องรับผิดชอบในด้านกระบวนการผลิต รวมทั้ง การจัดการด้านวัตถุดิบ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักร  การติดตาม ระบบควบคุมคุณภาพ และ กิจกรรมต่างๆ ของกระบวนการผลิต

THE ROLE:

Responsible for continuous operation of complex equipment of production equipment and packaging equipment. Oversight for product quality on both raw materials and finished goods. Identified issues that affected line production. Ensured critical control points defects. Check  appearance for defects. And also follow company policy and handbook.

รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งอุปกรณ์การผลิต  เครื่องมือบรรจุภัณฑ์หีบห่อ มีหน้าที่ควมคุมดูแล คุณภาพทั้งวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์  สามารถ บ่งชี้ ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบ ต่อการผลิต สามารถแน่ใจ ถึงปัจจัยที่ต้องควบคุมการเกิดของเสีย และสามารถตรวจสอบลักษณะภายนอกของผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน สมบูรณ์

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Production operator responsibilities will fall into varies:

Accountability#1: Operational Excellence

·         Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in safe and efficient manner.

ควบคุมเครื่องจักร และอุปกรณืที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างปลอดถัยและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

·         Responsible to keep line clean of any debris at all times. Assist others to provide an organized and clean work place including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways and locker room

รับผิดชอบในการทำความสะอาด เศษขยะ สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งส่วนของโรงงาน จุดปฏิบัติงาน อุปกรณ์ทางเดิน  ห้องเก็บสัมภาระ  ตลอดเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน  รวมทั้งช่วยเหลือ หรือจัดหา ได้ตามที่องค์กรต้องการได้

·        Perform paperwork for tickets, line checks, and quality checks. ปฏิบัติการทางด้านงานเอกสาร ตั๋ว การบันทึกการตรวจสอบทางด้านระบบคุณภาพได้

·         Complete final skid ticket and ensure content is accurate. สามารถปฏิบัติงานออกมาจนผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มคุณภาพ และแน่ใจว่ามีการจดบันทึกได้อย่างถูกต้อง

·        Escalate production issues to area line keeper, supervisor or Production Manager as needed. สามารถยกระดับปัญหามายังระดับหัวหน้างานได้ รวมทั้งในส่วนของผู้จัดการฝ่ายฝลิตได้

Accountability #2: Doing Business Right

·         Compliance and implementation with applicable company HSE policy, law & regulations, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management system.

สามารถนำระบบการจัดการไปฏิบัติ ทั้ง นโยบายความปลอดภัย กฏหมาย การจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม    การจัดการด้าน        อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ได้

·         Compliance with company IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements to follow company procedure, working instruction and other registered documents in management systems.

สามารถปฏิบัติตาม ตามระบบการจัดการด้านคุณภาพ ของชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนดได้

·         Compliance with HR policy, government regulation, employee handbook etc.

ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบบริษัท ข้อกำหนดบริษัท รวมถึงข้อกฏหมายต่างๆ

·         Other tasks or duties as direct supervisor assigned5

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Education: High School, high vocational, diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates degree preferred. วุฒิการศึกษา : ม 6 , ปวช, ปวส  หรือเทียบเท่า

·         0-2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing or automotive industrial. ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี เกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์

·         Computer familiarity มีความสามารถ ด้านการใช้ computer

·         Must be available to work rotating shift, weekend, call-outs and overtime preferred. สามารถเป็นกะได้ สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา ในวันหยุดได้ หรือสามารถ เรียกตัวได้ในทันที

·         Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team. มีทักษะ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานเป็นทีม

·         Must be safety cautious. มีความตระหนักทางด้านความปลอดภัย

Experience and Skills

·         Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculation. สามารถอ่าน เขียน  และปฏิบัติการทางตัวเลข ได้

·         Able to participate in a team-oriented environment. สามารถ เข้าร่วมการทำงาน เป็นทีมได้

·         Demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant Safety goals in a continuous improvement process. แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤกติกรรมความปลอดภัย ช่วยเหลือ และการปรับปรุงอย่างต่องเนื่องได้

·         Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. สามารถ อ่านเอกสารคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานม ความปลอดภัย การ ซ่อมบำรุงเบื้องต้นได้

·         Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. สามารถเขียน งานประจำและความสอดคล้องได้

·         Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. สามารถ พูดติดต่อ ประสานงาน อย่างมีประสิทธิผลเกียวกับลูกค้า หรือเพือนร่วมองค์กรได้
