-วางแผนกำลังคน ,สรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร
-จัดอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอก และจัดทำเอกสารส่งกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
-ดูแลกฎระเบียบและกฎหมายแรงงานในองค์กร
-จัดทำเอกสารระบบคุณภาพ GHPs/HACCP/ISO22000/กรมประมง/กรมปศุสัตว์
-ติดตามและประเมินผลKPI
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยา, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานHR ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- มี Service mind และ Growth mindset
