About the role

This role focuses on cost accounting and financial analysis to support management decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual costs against standard costs and identify causes and contributing factors
• Prepare production reports related to cost accounting for management, accounting, and finance departments
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs to propose cost reduction approaches and improve production efficiency
• Prepare monthly job cost by project
• Prepare and record tax accounting entries, allocate expenses, and record raw material usage monthly
• Verify inventory movements and determine the value of raw materials (RM), work in progress (WIP), and finished goods (FG)
• Control and drive the cost system to support the company's cost processes
• Prepare cost and inventory reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of production costs, inventory reports, raw materials, and packaging
• Close cost accounts and conduct internal verification: manage cost account closure, adjust related accounting entries, and verify the accuracy of the cost accounting system
• Support management by presenting high-quality and timely cost analysis data for business planning and decision-making
• Develop the accounting and cost accounting team to work efficiently
