ตำแหน่ง: โฟร์แมน (ปริญญาสถาปนิก) บริษัท โฮมดีไลท์จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ให้บริการด้านก่อสร้าง ต้องการตำแหน่งโฟร์แมน เพื่อคุมงานก่อสร้างและสามารถ ออกแบบ เขียนแบบบ้าน Draft แบบให้หน้างานได้ ให้การก่อสร้างเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานหน้าที่หลัก:
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งโฟร์แมนงานก่อสร้าง เขียนแบบก่อสร้าง ทำ shop drawing ได้
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานก่อสร้างและมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง
- มีความสามารถในการจัดการและควบคุมทีมงานให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
