- Fast Close & Financial Reporting: ควบคุม ดูแล และรับผิดชอบ "การปิดงบการเงินประจำเดือน/ประจำปีผ่านโปรแกรม EXPRESS ให้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น" พร้อมจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินได้อย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน
- Tech & Automation Implementation: ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบวนการกระทบยอดเงิน (Accounting Reconciliation) และการบันทึกบัญชี โดยนำเครื่องมือ ไอที หรือโปรแกรมเสริมมาปรับใช้ เพื่อ "ลดการทำงานแบบ Manual และการตรวจเอกสารบนกระดาษ"
- Process Improvement & AI Exploration: มีส่วนร่วมในการศึกษา ทดลอง หรือนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เช่น AI Tool หรือ Automation Program เข้ามาเชื่อมต่อเพื่อช่วยในการบันทึกและตรวจสอบข้อมูลบัญชีร่วมกับโปรแกรม EXPRESS ให้มีความเป็นระบบดิจิทัล 100%
- Financial Analysis: วิเคราะห์งบการเงิน ข้อมูลทางบัญชี และกระแสเงินสด เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงกลยุทธ์ให้แก่ผู้บริหาร
- Project Management: บริหารจัดการงานบัญชีและการปรับปรุงระบบในรูปแบบโปรเจกต์ มีการตั้งเป้าหมาย ระยะเวลา และติดตามผลงานของทีมอย่างเป็นระบบ
