ดูแลงานธุรการ การเงิน รับ–จ่าย เอกสารบัญชีเบื้องต้น ประสานงาน Supplier / ผู้รับเหมา ดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายและงานของโครงการต่าง ๆ

✅ คุณสมบัติ

- วุฒิ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี Express ได้

- ใช้ Excel / Google Sheets ได้

- ละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และประสานงานได้ดี

- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ก่อสร้าง หรือบัญชีโครงการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

About the role

Project Admin & Finance Officer responsible for managing administrative and financial tasks, document handling, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative and financial tasks including receipts and payments
• Handle preliminary accounting documents
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
• Monitor project expenses and manage various project tasks

About you

• Diploma (ปวส.) or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency with accounting software Express
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively
• Experience in real estate, construction, or project accounting is a plus
