หน้าที่หลัก:
- ให้ข้อมูลด้านการเงินแก่ผู้ป่วยนอก รวมทั้งให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษา แผนการชำระเงิน และตัวเลือกการชำระเงิน
- จัดการกระบวนการการเงินของผู้ป่วยนอก เช่น การรับชำระเงิน การติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ และการให้บริการด้านการเงินอื่น ๆ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ ของโรงพยาบาลเพื่อให้การดำเนินการด้านการเงินเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและเรียบร้อย
- ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านการเงินและนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้บริการผู้ป่วยได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาการเงิน บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงินหรือบริการลูกค้าทางการเงินอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการให้คำปรึกษา สามารถอธิบายข้อมูลด้านการเงินได้อย่างชัดเจน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้รับบริการ
- มีบุคคลค้ำประกันการทำงาน สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
