ช่างเทคนิค/หัวหน้าช่าง ทีมช่วยเหลือยานยนต์ (ทำเป็นกะ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ให้คำปรึกษา วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์และเหตุขัดข้องต่าง ๆ ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
• ใช้ความรู้ด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์ในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ให้คำแนะนำ และสนับสนุนการให้บริการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ทีมบริการลูกค้า อู่ซ่อมรถ ศูนย์บริการ และคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและแก้ไขปัญหาการให้บริการ
• บริหารและกำกับดูแลทีมพนักงานรถสไลด์ รถยก และช่างเทคนิคภาคสนาม ให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการที่กำหนด
• ติดตาม ประเมินผล และพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของทีมและเครือข่ายผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
• รับมือและบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า รวมถึงกรณีเร่งด่วนหรือเหตุการณ์ที่มีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการ
• วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา พร้อมเสนอแนวทางป้องกันและปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมปฏิบัติการ ทีมบริการลูกค้า และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ตำแหน่งนี้เป็นงานประจำสำนักงานใหญ่ (Office-Based Role) และไม่ใช่งานภาคสนาม

เวลาทำงานและสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน

• ปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ (Shift Work) ตามตารางงาน เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
• หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 2 วัน ตามตารางที่บริษัทกำหนด
• ปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ตามตารางกะ และได้รับวันหยุดชดเชยตามนโยบายบริษัท
• ตารางงานอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความจำเป็นทางธุรกิจ
• สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: อาคาร CityLink Tower ซอยเพชรบุรี 35 แขวงมักกะสัน เขตพญาไท กรุงเทพมหานคร

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือป.ตรี ด้านช่างยนต์ เทคโนโลยียานยนต์ วิศวกรรมยานยนต์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์จากศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ อู่ซ่อมรถ ผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ (OEM) งานช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินบนท้องถนน (Roadside Assistance) ธุรกิจประกันภัยรถยนต์ หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์ และสามารถวิเคราะห์อาการขัดข้อง รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมรถยนต์ได้
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา การตัดสินใจ การบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียน และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถจัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และติดตามผลการดำเนินงานได้
• สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี

คุณสมบัติที่ได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมงาน เป็นหัวหน้างาน หรือดูแลพนักงานภาคปฏิบัติการ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านรถยก รถสไลด์ งานช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินบนท้องถนน (Roadside Assistance) หรือธุรกิจบริการช่วยเหลือรถยนต์
• มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV)
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
