About the role

Oversee and manage construction work on the Starry Condo Ramintra Km.8 project in accordance with specifications, plans, and established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Control and supervise construction work to comply with plans, schedules, and defined standards
• Verify the accuracy of construction drawings and coordinate with design and consultant teams
• Plan and monitor construction progress according to timeline
• Conduct quality control of construction work to meet engineering standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant agencies
• Prepare project progress reports for management
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
• Oversee safety and security in the construction area

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Construction or real estate work experience of at least 1-5 years
• Professional engineering license (optional, will be given special consideration)
• Ability to read construction drawings and proficiency with AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving skills
