What they need
- วางแผนการขายพื้นที่โปรโมชั่น, Convention Hall และ Onsite Media ทั้งรายเดือนและรายปี ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย (Sales Target) ของสาขา
2.วางแผนและเสนอขายงาน Casual Leasing ในรูปแบบ Thematic หรือกิจกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับพื้นที่และสร้างแหล่งรายได้ใหม่
3.แสวงหาลูกค้ารายใหม่ วางแผนเชิงรุกในการติดต่อ พัฒนา และขยายฐานกลุ่มลูกค้ารายใหม่เข้าสู่ศูนย์การค้า
4.ดูแลและประสานงานลูกค้าเดิม: ติดต่อสื่อสาร ประสานงานขาย และนำเสนอพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมกับสินค้าและบริการของลูกค้า
5.วางแผนตารางพื้นที่ จัดทำและบริหารตารางการใช้พื้นที่ (Calendar Booking) คัดสรรประเภทสินค้าและกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับช่วงเวลา ภาพลักษณ์ศูนย์การค้า - จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการจัดงาน (Event Review & Preview) ประเมินผลตอบรับ และสรุปยอดขายเพื่อรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการจัดงาน เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงรูปแบบ มาตรฐานการจัดงาน และยกระดับประสบการณ์ของผู้ใช้บริการในศูนย์การค้า
