What they need
เตรียมวัตถุดิบและช่วยประกอบอาหารตามสูตรและมาตรฐานของโรงแรม
ควบคุมคุณภาพอาหาร รสชาติ ปริมาณ และการจัดจานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบ ติดฉลาก และหมุนเวียนวัตถุดิบอย่างถูกต้อง
ลดการสูญเสียวัตถุดิบ และใช้วัตถุดิบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ช่วยดูแลสต็อกวัตถุดิบ และแจ้งวัตถุดิบที่ขาดให้หัวหน้างานทราบ
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Commis หรือผู้ช่วยกุ๊กอาหารไทยและ /หรืออาหารตะวันตก อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีความรู้พื้นฐานในการเตรียมวัตถุดิบและการประกอบอาหารไทยและอาหารตะวันตก
มีความขยัน และมีความรับผิดชอบ
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
