What they need
- ออกแบบและจัดทำระบบสื่อสารสำหรับโครงการโรงไฟฟ้า สถานีไฟฟ้า และระบบเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายไฟฟ้า
- ออกแบบและตรวจสอบ Communication Network เช่น Fiber Optic, Ethernet, LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, Router, Managed Switch, Layer 2/Layer 3, VLAN, Routing และ Network Redundancy
- ดำเนินงานระบบ SCADA และ RTU Communication ระหว่างโรงไฟฟ้า/สถานีไฟฟ้ากับศูนย์ควบคุม เช่น EGAT NCC, PEA หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Configure และทดสอบ Protocol เช่น IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 61850, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, SNMP, TCP/IP และ Protocol ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Utility/Power System
- ดูแล RTU / Gateway / Communication Gateway รวมถึงการ Mapping Signal ระหว่างอุปกรณ์ภาคสนามกับระบบ SCADA
- ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง และทดสอบ Teleprotection Communication เช่น Protection Relay Communication, Teleprotection Interface, TDM/E1, TDM over IP, Fiber Optic Teleprotection และ Communication Multiplexer
- ติดตั้ง Configure และทดสอบ Network/Communication Equipment เช่น Industrial Router, Managed Switch, Media Converter, Multiplexer, Communication Gateway และ Protocol Converter
- ดำเนินงานด้าน AMR / Revenue Metering Communication เช่น Meter Communication, Ethernet/Cellular Communication, 4G Router, Remote Meter Reading และ Communication Backup System
- ดำเนินงานด้าน Time Synchronization เช่น GPS Clock, NTP Server, SNTP, IRIG-B และ Local Time Synchronization System
- ออกแบบและตรวจสอบระบบ Fiber Optic เช่น Fiber Route, Core Assignment, Splicing Diagram, Patch Panel/ODF, Termination และ Fiber Link Budget
- จัดทำ Engineering Document เช่น Network Architecture, Communication Architecture, System Block Diagram, Fiber Optic Diagram, IP Address Table, VLAN Table, Signal List, Communication Cable Schedule, Equipment List/BOM, Method Statement และ Test Procedure
- จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการทดสอบ FAT, SAT, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Integration Test และ End-to-End Communication Test
- Troubleshoot ปัญหาหน้างาน เช่น Network Connection Failure, Packet Loss, Communication Timeout, Fiber Failure, Protocol Communication Failure, IP Conflict และ Routing/VLAN Problem
