About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend-obsessed Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter to lead our short-form video production (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook). You will be the face and voice of Xexymix in Thailand, producing high-converting videos that showcase Korean activewear fits, styling tips, and fitness lifestyle content.

Key responsibilities

●       Content Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm, script, and conceptualize engaging short-form video concepts that showcase product features (fabric stretch, fit, colorways, athleisure styling).

●       On-Camera Hosting: Serve as a primary visual brand ambassador, modeling the activewear and speaking directly to the audience with confidence, clarity, and charm.

●       Video Production & Editing: Film and edit mobile-first videos (using CapCut, Premiere, or mobile apps) with fast pacing, trending audio, crisp Thai text overlays, and high aesthetic quality.

●       Trend Hijacking: Monitor daily TikTok and IG Reels trends in fashion, fitness, and lifestyle, rapidly adapting viral formats to Xexymix products.

●       Marketing Collaboration: Partner weekly with the Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer to test different video hooks, ad formats, and creative angles based on performance metrics.

●       Basic Photography: Capture aesthetic product shots and behind-the-scenes content during filming sessions.

●       คิดคอนเทนต์และเขียนสคริปต์ (Content Ideation & Scripting): เขียนสคริปต์ และวางคอนเซปต์วิดีโอสั้นที่น่าติดตาม โดยชูจุดเด่นของสินค้า (ความยืดหยุ่นของเนื้อผ้า, ทรงเสื้อผ้า, โทนสี, การแต่งตัวสไตล์ Athleisure)

●       ดำเนินรายการหน้ากล้อง (On-Camera Hosting): ทำหน้าที่เป็นแบรนด์แอมบาสเดอร์หลักในการถ่ายทอดภาพลักษณ์ นำเสนอชุดออกกำลังกาย สื่อสารกับผู้ชมอย่างมั่นใจ ชัดเจน และมีเสน่ห์

●       ผลิตและตัดต่อวิดีโอ (Video Production & Editing): ถ่ายทำและตัดต่อวิดีโอที่เน้นการรับชมบนสมาร์ตโฟน (โดยใช้ CapCut, Premiere หรือแอปบนมือถือ) ด้วยจังหวะการเล่าเรื่องที่กระชับฉับไว ใช้เพลงฮิตในกระแส ใส่ข้อความภาษาไทยที่คมชัดอ่านง่าย และคุมโทนงานภาพให้สวยงามมีสไตล์

●       เกาะติดเทรนด์โซเชียล (Trend Hijacking): อัปเดตเทรนด์บน TikTok และ IG Reels ทั้งด้านแฟชั่น ฟิตเนส และไลฟ์สไตล์ในทุกๆ วัน เพื่อนำรูปแบบที่กำลังเป็นไวรัลมาประยุกต์ใช้กับสินค้าของ Xexymix ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

●       การทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาด: ประสานงานร่วมกับ Digital Marketer และ Graphic Designer เป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์ เพื่อทดสอบ Hook เปิดคลิป รูปแบบโฆษณา และมุมมองคอนเทนต์ใหม่ๆ โดยอิงจากข้อมูลวัดผลประสิทธิภาพ (Performance Metrics)

●       ถ่ายภาพเบื้องต้น (Basic Photography): ถ่ายภาพสินค้าให้ดูสวยงามและเก็บบรรยากาศเบื้องหลังการทำงาน (Behind-the-scenes) ระหว่างการถ่ายทำ

About you

●       Experience: +2 years of experience in video content creation, social media management, or a strong personal portfolio/TikTok grid demonstrating on-camera work.

●       On-Camera Presence: Confident, personable, and fluent in Thai on-camera. Basic communicative English skills are a plus.

●       Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile/desktop video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, Canva). Ability to manage basic lighting and camera setups.

●       Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, video hooks, and Southeast Asian social commerce viewer behavior.

●       Brand Fit: Passionate about activewear, fitness, fashion, and Korean aesthetic trends.

●       ประสบการณ์ (Experience): มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 2 ปี ด้านการสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์วิดีโอ การดูแลโซเชียลมีเดีย หรือมีผลงานส่วนตัว/หน้าช่อง TikTok ที่แสดงถึงทักษะการอยู่หน้ากล้องอย่างชัดเจน

●       บุคลิกหน้ากล้อง (On-Camera Presence): มีความมั่นใจ อัธยาศัยดี และสื่อสารภาษาไทยหน้ากล้องได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

●       ทักษะทางเทคนิค (Technical Skills): มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอทั้งบนมือถือและคอมพิวเตอร์ (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, Canva) และสามารถจัดการระบบแสงและกล้องระดับพื้นฐานได้

●       ความเข้าใจในแพลตฟอร์ม (Platform Mastery): มีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในอัลกอริทึมของ TikTok และ Instagram, เทคนิคการเปิดคลิปดึงดูดสายตา (Video Hooks) ตลอดจนพฤติกรรมการรับชมและช้อปปิ้งผ่านโซเชียล (Social Commerce) ของผู้ใช้งานในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

●       ความเข้ากันกับแบรนด์ (Brand Fit): มีความสนใจในชุดออกกำลังกาย การดูแลสุขภาพ แฟชั่น และเทรนด์ความงามสไตล์เกาหลี
