ความรับผิดชอบ

การผลิตและแก้ไขคอนเทนต์:

• คิดไอเดีย เขียนสคริปต์ ถ่ายทำ และตัดต่อภาพหรือวิดีโอสั้นสำหรับ TikTok, Instagram และ Facebook
• ออกหน้ากล้อง แนะนำสินค้า และเล่าเรื่องอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ พร้อมเขียนแคปชันและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องก่อนเผยแพร่

การจัดการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์:

• วางตารางและเผยแพร่คอนเทนต์ รวมถึงช่วยดูแลคอมเมนต์และข้อความในช่องทางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ติดตามเทรนด์และผลตอบรับ เพื่อนำมาทดลองและพัฒนาคอนเทนต์ให้เหมาะกับแบรนด์

การเรียนรู้และการทำงานร่วมกับทีม:

• ทดลองใช้ AI และเครื่องมือใหม่ ๆ เพื่อช่วยคิด สร้างสรรค์ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน โดยตรวจสอบคุณภาพของงานเสมอ
• พร้อมเรียนรู้และช่วยงานด้านอื่นของแบรนด์ตามความเหมาะสม แม้ไม่ใช่งานคอนเทนต์โดยตรง โดยจัดลำดับความสำคัญร่วมกับทีม

คุณสมบัติ

• มีผลงานด้านคอนเทนต์ที่แสดงทักษะการคิดไอเดีย ถ่ายทำ ตัดต่อ และเขียนข้อความ พร้อมแนบ Portfolio
• ใช้ CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro หรือโปรแกรมตัดต่อที่ถนัดได้คล่อง หากทำกราฟิกพื้นฐานด้วย Canva หรือเครื่องมืออื่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สนใจแฟชั่น เขียนภาษาไทยได้ดี และมั่นใจในการพูดหรือแสดงออกหน้ากล้อง
• อยากเรียนรู้ทักษะใหม่ ทั้งด้านคอนเทนต์ การตลาด และการทำแบรนด์ พร้อมเปิดรับการใช้ AI โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเชี่ยวชาญมาก่อน
• รับผิดชอบงาน ส่งงานตรงเวลา สื่อสารเชิงรุก เปิดรับฟีดแบ็ก และยืดหยุ่นในการช่วยทีม

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Editing:

• Develop ideas, write scripts, shoot, and edit images and short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Present on camera, introduce products, and tell stories naturally. Write captions and check content for accuracy before publication.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish content, and help manage comments and messages on assigned channels.
• Follow trends and review audience feedback to test new approaches and improve content that fits the brand.

Learning & Team Collaboration:

• Explore AI and new tools to support ideation, production, and efficiency while always reviewing the quality of the work.
• Learn and support other areas of the brand as needed, including tasks beyond content creation, with priorities agreed upon with the team.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating content ideation, filming, editing, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or another video-editing tool. Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools are a plus.
• An interest in fashion, strong Thai writing skills, and confidence speaking or presenting on camera.
• A desire to develop new skills in content, marketing, and brand building, with openness to using AI. Prior AI expertise is not required.
• Ownership of your work, reliable delivery, proactive communication, openness to feedback, and flexibility to support the team.
