- รับเอกสารสัญญาจากฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและตรวจสอบกับรายงานก่อนป้อนข้อมูลลงในระบบ
- รับเอกสารสัญญาลงในระบบ
- พิมพ์สัญญาและสัญญาผู้ค้ำประกันเพื่อนำส่งลูกค้าและผู้ดูแล
- สแกนสัญญาและสัญญาผู้ค้ำประกันลงในระบบ ECM
- แยกจดหมายที่ส่งคืนและบันทึกลงในระบบ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารและยืนยันในระบบก่อนส่งให้ผู้ดูแล
- จัดทำสรุปการพิมพ์สัญญาประจำวันและรายงานประจำเดือน
- ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานประจำวันในงานประมวลผลสัญญาเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- บันทึกสัญญาที่ส่งคืนลงในระบบ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาใดก็ได้
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยรวม
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจรถยนต์หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเอกสารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Excel, Word, Power Point, AS400)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
