หน้าที่หลัก
✅ รับแชทลูกค้าทุกช่องทาง (Facebook/Line) ต้อนรับและคัดกรองเบื้องต้นทุกบริการ แล้วส่งต่อทีม Sales ปิดการขาย
✅ สาย Overseas Visa และแปล-รับรองเอกสาร: ช่วยประสานงานสนับสนุนทีม Sales ระหว่างการขาย (ไม่ปิดดีลเอง)
✅ หลังปิดการขาย: ประสานงานกับทีมปฏิบัติงาน ส่ง-รับเอกสาร ติดตามความคืบหน้า และอัปเดตลูกค้าจนจบเคส
คุณสมบัติ
🔹 วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
🔹 สื่อสารดี ละเอียดรอบคอบ ถนัดแชทและงานเอกสาร
🔹 ใช้ Excel/Google Sheets และแชทธุรกิจ (Facebook, Line OA) ได้คล่อง
🔹 อ่าน-เขียนภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
