รายละเอียดงาน

• สำรวจหน้างานจริง เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวัสดุ แรงงาน และปัจจัย อื่นๆ ที่คาดว่าจะมีผลต่อปริมาณราคาและระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน
• ระบุและกำหนดปริมาณปัจจัยต้นทุนทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
• คำนวนปริมาณต้นทุนของโครงการ
• จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานต้นทุนให้ผู้อำนวยการโครงการ และผู้จัดการโครงการรับทราบ
• ตรวจสอบงบค่าใช้จ่ายในทุกขั้นตอนของโครงการ
• รวบรวมและบันทึกต้นทุนจริง
• จัดทำเอกสารการประชุมประจำสัปดาห์ รายงานความคืบหน้าในโครงการเสนองบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายในโครงการตาม BOQ

และระยะเวลาการทำงาน เป็นไปตาม

• ตรวจสอบการจ่ายงวดงานประจำงวดงานของผู้รับเหมาว่าเป็นไปตามปริมาณงาน และระยะเวลา ว่าเป็นไปตาม BOQ และ

Master Plan ของโครงการหรือไม่

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง, วิศวกรรมประมาณราคา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้านประเมินต้นทุนและบริหารสัญญาในโครงการก่อสร้าง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านต้นทุนกับบริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือที่ปรึกษา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ Mango ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีทักษะในการพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี

• สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน ต่อ สัปดาห์ได้
