What they need
Responsibilities:
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารวางบิล เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จ และเอกสารต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึก ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขข้อมูลเกี่ยวต้นทุนค่าขนส่ง ค่าผู้รับจ้าง และลงข้อมูลทางบัญชีให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- บันทึกต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ หากพบความคลาดเคลื่อน ให้ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงบัญชีให้ถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบต้นทุนเทียบกับรายการสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) และใบเสนอราคา
- ติดตามรายการค้างบันทึก (Accruals) และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระบบ
- สนับสนุนการทำงานของทีม Transportation และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานและผู้จัดการ
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี ด้าน Costing อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Freight Forwarder / Logistics จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เอกสารขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจกฎหมายภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีทักษะการประสานงาน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
**Working hour:**Monday to Friday (8:30 – 17:30).
**Location:**Green Tower (BTS - Thonglor, MRT - Queen Sirikit National CC).
