Aroy Soot Soot Pizza is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Staff / Cashier to assist customers, process orders, operate the POS system, and coordinate dine-in, takeaway, website and delivery orders.

ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการดูแลลูกค้าหน้าร้าน รับออเดอร์ รับชำระเงิน บันทึกข้อมูลผ่านระบบ POS ตอบคำถามลูกค้า และประสานงานกับทีมครัวเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของร้านเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น LINEMAN & Grab Orders

EN:

This position is responsible for front counter operations, customer service, order processing, payment handling, POS operation, and supporting the daily operation of the restaurant. LINEMAN & Grab Orders

Key Responsibilities

TH:

• ต้อนรับและดูแลลูกค้าหน้าร้าน

• รับออเดอร์และบันทึกข้อมูลผ่านระบบ POS

• รับชำระเงินและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการ

• ตอบข้อความลูกค้าผ่าน LINE และช่องทางออนไลน์

• ดูแลคำสั่งซื้อจากเว็บไซต์ Grab และเดลิเวอรี่

• ประสานงานกับทีมครัวและพนักงานส่งอาหาร

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของออเดอร์ก่อนส่งมอบ

• ช่วยจัดเตรียมเครื่องดื่มและงานเบื้องต้นตามความเหมาะสม

• ดูแลความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่บริการลูกค้า

• สนับสนุนการเปิดร้านและปิดร้านประจำวัน

EN:

• Welcome and assist customers

• Process orders using the POS system

• Handle cash and electronic payments

• Respond to customer inquiries through LINE and online channels

• Manage website, Grab and delivery orders

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel

• Verify order accuracy before handoff

• Assist with simple beverage and support tasks when required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer areas

• Support daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

TH:

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านแคชเชียร์ ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ หรือธุรกิจบริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ POS ได้

• มีบุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้ม และรักงานบริการ

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี

• มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และตรงต่อเวลา

• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้

• ภาษาอังกฤษจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• Previous cashier, restaurant, café, or customer service experience preferred

• Comfortable using computers and POS systems

• Friendly and customer-oriented personality

• Strong Thai communication skills

• Reliable, honest, and punctual

• Team player with a positive attitude

• English communication is an advantage
