วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง (Job Purpose)
รับผิดชอบคิด วางแผน และพัฒนาคอนเทนต์เชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับช่องทางออนไลน์ขององค์กร เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์ เพิ่ม Engagement และสนับสนุนยอดขาย โดยเน้นคอนเทนต์ด้านความงาม การแพทย์ และ Personal Brand

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- คิดและวางแผนคอนเทนต์ (Core Function)
- คิดคอนเทนต์สำหรับ Social Media เช่น
- TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- วาง Theme, Key Message และ Concept ของแต่ละ Campaign
- ทำ Content Mapping เช่น Awareness / Engagement / Conversion

2. พัฒนาไอเดียและ Storytelling
คิด Hook, Storyline และรูปแบบการนำเสนอ
เขียน Script / Caption / Headline สำหรับคอนเทนต์
แปลงข้อมูลด้านการแพทย์หรือความงามให้เข้าใจง่ายและน่าสนใจ

3. ติดตามเทรนด์และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค
ติดตาม Trend, Viral Content และ Social Media
วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผู้ชมเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาคอนเทนต์
นำเทรนด์มาปรับใช้กับแบรนด์และ Personal Brand ของแพทย์

4. ทำงานร่วมกับทีม
ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Video, Graphic และ Marketing
Brief งานให้ทีมผลิตคอนเทนต์
ร่วมวางแผน Campaign และกิจกรรมการตลาด

5. วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์
วิเคราะห์ Engagement, Reach, Views และ Performance ของคอนเทนต์
สรุป Insight และปรับปรุงแนวทางการผลิตคอนเทนต์

คุณสมบัติ
ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ สื่อสารมวลชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content / Creative / Social Media อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และเข้าใจการเล่าเรื่อง (Storytelling)
สามารถเขียน Caption, Script และ Headline ได้ดี
เข้าใจ Social Media เช่น TikTok, Facebook, IG และ YouTube
หากมี Portfolio แนบจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
