- ต้อนรับและให้ข้อมูล: ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาติดต่อที่โชว์รูม พร้อมให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับรุ่นรถ เงื่อนไขการขาย หรือบริการซ่อมบำรุง
- ประสานงานภายในองค์กร: เป็นตัวกลางติดต่อระหว่างลูกค้าและแผนกอื่น ๆ เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายบัญชี สต็อกรถ หรือช่างเทคนิคในศูนย์บริการ
- ติดตามหลังการขาย: โทรศัพท์สอบถามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าหลังจากรับรถยนต์ใหม่หรือเข้ารับบริการซ่อมเสร็จ รวมถึงการนัดหมายนำรถเข้าเช็คระยะ (DCRC)
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียน: รับเรื่องและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้แก่ลูกค้าที่พบข้อบกพร่องจากสินค้าหรือบริการด้วยความสุภาพและมืออาชีพ
