หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
ตำแหน่ง: CS Export (Customer Service Export) – สายงานเรืออเมริกา (USA)
ประสานงานลูกค้าและสายเรือเกี่ยวกับการส่งออกสินค้าไปประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา (USA)
รับ Booking และตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการจองระวางเรือให้ถูกต้อง
จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารส่งออก เช่น Shipping Instruction, B/L และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสานงานกับสายเรือ Freight Forwarder, Shipping และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ติดตามสถานะตู้สินค้า การโหลดสินค้า และกำหนดการเรือ (Vessel Schedule)
ตรวจสอบและติดตาม Cut-off / Closing Time ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า พร้อมติดตามงานจนเสร็จสิ้น
จัดทำรายงานและงานเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
