- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำคอร์สเรียนที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า
- ดูแลและติดตามลูกค้าตั้งแต่ให้ข้อมูลจนถึงปิดการขาย
- ประสานงานกับนักเรียน ครู และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เก็บ Feedback และ Insight จากลูกค้าเพื่อพัฒนาการบริการ

คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายและดูแลลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สื่อสารดี มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและประสานงาน
- กระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้ และทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
