ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและพาร์ทเนอร์ผู้ขับผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ แชท และอีเมล เพื่อให้การขนส่งสินค้าผ่านระบบแอปพลิเคชั่นเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของ Deliveree แนะนำวิธีการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชั่นให้กับทั้งลูกค้าและพาร์ทเนอร์ผู้ขับ
รับเรื่องร้องเรียนและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้ลูกค้า และนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาการบริการรร่วมกับทีมภายในอย่างต่อเนื่อง
เรียนรู้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะในเวลาเช้าหรือดึกได้
- มีอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์หรือแล็ปท็อปสำหรับการทำงาน
- ความเร็วการพิมพ์ภาษาไทย 35 คำ/นาทีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงาน Customer Service หรือ Call Center 1-2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
