What they need
งานนี้ทำอะไร?
- ประสานงานกับ พนักงานขับรถ / บริษัทขนส่ง / ลูกค้า
- ช่วยเหลือ และแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน เช่น งานส่งของล่าช้า ใช้งานระบบไม่ได้ ฯลฯ
- ติดต่อสื่อสารทั้ง ภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
- ใช้ Excel และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ในการจัดการข้อมูล ติดตามงาน และทำรายงานเบื้องต้น
- ช่วยให้การขนส่งและการให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ต้องสะดวกทำงานเป็นกะ สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งกะเช้า บ่าย หรือ เย็น เนื่องจากเป็นกะเวียน
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
- ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี และ Excel ได้ (เช่น filter, basic formula, จัดการข้อมูล)
- ใช้ Outlook / Microsoft 365 ได้
- เรียนรู้เร็ว ปรับตัวเก่ง ทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหา
- ใจเย็น รับมือสถานการณ์กดดันได้ดี
