ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้า
ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของ 335 Arena รวมถึงตารางว่าง โปรโมชั่น และแพ็กเกจต่าง ๆ
รับจองและประสานงานการใช้บริการผ่านทุกช่องทาง
ดูแลประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าตั้งแต่เริ่มใช้บริการจนสิ้นสุดการใช้บริการ
ประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อมอบมาตรฐานการบริการที่ดีที่สุด
คุณสมบัติ :
บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้ม รักงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติได้
ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้
มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันเสาร์–อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ และหากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service, Reception, Fitness, Sports หรือ Hospitality จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
