- การดูแลและบริการลูกค้า : รับสาย Hotline และตอบแชทผ่านช่องทาง Facebook, Line OA เพื่อให้ข้อมูลบริการแก่ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- การเสนอราคาและปิดการขาย : สอบถามข้อมูลการขนส่ง (จุดรับ-ส่ง, ประเภทรถ) เพื่อประเมินราคาตามเรท มาตรฐานของบริษัท จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และบันทึกข้อมูลงานลงระบบ
- การบริหารจัดการงานขนส่ง : จัดตารางงานวางแผนการใช้งานรถเทรลเลอร์ให้เหมาะสมกับหน้างาน และจัดสรรงานให้พนักงานขับรถตามเงื่อนไขที่เหมาะสม ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของรถและคนขับก่อนเริ่มงาน
- การติดตามสถานะงาน : ติดตามสถานะการเดินทางของคนขับทุกระยะ (รับรถ-เดินทาง-ถึงปลายทาง) และคอยอัปเดตข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
