What they need
- ให้ข้อมูลด้านร้านค้า กิจกรรมรวมถึงบริการด้านต่างๆ ของศูนย์การค้าฯ แก่ลูกค้า(Shopper)อย่างถูกต้อง
- ตอบข้อซักถามและแก้ไขปัญหา หรือข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า ทั้งวาจา โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล์
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยอื่นภายในบริษัท ในการแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียน หรือข้อซักถามของลูกค้า ให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- ให้บริการจัดทำเอกสาร VAT Refund และข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกียวข้องให้กับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ
- ให้บริการแปลภาษาให้กับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ได้รับการบริการที่พอใจอย่างสูงสุด
- รายงานการให้บริการลูกค้าในแต่ละวัน และสรุปข้อร้องเรียนรวมถึงปัญหาที่ลูกค้าแจ้งเพื่อเสนอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณาต่อไป
