What they need
- ดูแลและตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการ
- รับออเดอร์ ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดคำสั่งซื้อ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบหลักฐานและสถานะการชำระเงินของลูกค้า
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง และแจ้งข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- จัดทำและจัดเก็บเอกสาร บันทึกและสรุปรายรับ-รายจ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
- แนะนำและนำเสนอสินค้าใหม่ รวมถึงแจ้งโปรโมชั่นหรือข้อมูลสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า
