What they need
หน้าที่โดยสังเขป
-ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้รับบริการ
-ลงทะเบียนทำประวัติผู้ป่วยใหม่และผู้ที่เคยเข้ารับบริการแล้ว
-ตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ประกันคู่สัญญา และอธิบายสิทธิ์ความคุ้มครองเบื้องต้นแก่ผู้รับบริการ
-จัดจองห้องพักและดำเนินการเอกสารสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่แพทย์สั่งนอนโรงพยาบาล (Admission)
-ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงพยาบาล พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-รับเรื่องและติดตามข้อร้องเรียน เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ผู้รับบริการ
