Job Description

• Manage customer service activities within the Sales & Marketing (Domestic) organization.
• Handle sales order processing in SAP, C4C and 09 systems.
• Support Sales & Marketing initiatives, including participating in on-site visits to key customers when required.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key account customers.
• Collaborate closely with SCM, Production Planning, QA teams to align on customer demand and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and track Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
• Follow up on payments from domestic customers.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address customer and operational issues.
• Provide support to the Finance Department on customer-related matters.
• Coordinate with the regulatory team in India on REACH certification and compliance requirements.
• Assist with ISO, internal, and external audits.
• Liaise with the Customer Service team in Rayong to ensure smooth operations.
