What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- โทรออกหาลูกค้าเพื่อให้ข้อมูล แนะนำบริการ และช่วยเหลือในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งาน
- โทรติดตามลูกค้า เช่น ลูกค้าที่สมัครเรียน/ลงทะเบียนแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้เริ่มใช้งาน หรือมีปัญหาในการเข้าใช้บริการ
- สอบถามความต้องการและปัญหาของลูกค้า พร้อมให้คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสม
- ติดตาม Case หรือปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่องจนได้รับการแก้ไข
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าผ่านการพูดคุยและติดตามเชิงรุก
- เก็บรวบรวม Feedback, Pain Point และความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงบริการ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการโทร ผลการติดต่อ และรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและส่งต่อข้อมูลลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนงานด้าน Customer Experience และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และ ชอบพูดคุย/สื่อสารกับผู้คน
- สามารถโทรออกหาลูกค้าได้อย่างมั่นใจ ไม่เขินหรือกลัวการโทร
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี น้ำเสียงเป็นมิตร และสามารถจับประเด็นจากการพูดคุยได้
- มีความอดทน ใจเย็น และรับมือกับลูกค้าหลากหลายรูปแบบได้
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาและการติดตามงาน
- มีความกระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานที่มี Target/KPI ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Outbound Call, Customer Service, Telesales, Telemarketing หรือ Contact Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
