รายละเอียดงาน
1.รับแผนงานจากลูกค้า ลงงานในระบบ เพื่อทำการจองรถขนส่งสินค้าทั้งงานในประเทศและงานส่งออก
2.ตรวจเช็คแผนงาน และเอกสารที่ใช้ในการรับตู้ โหลดตู้ การคืนตู้ที่ท่าเรือ
3.ปฏิบัติงานการขนส่งตามแผนงานที่ได้ระบุไว้ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการจัดส่งดำเนินไปตามเวลาที่กำหนด
4.ติดตามและอัปเดตสถานะการจัดส่งโดยสามารถให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และรวดเร็ว
5.จัดทำรายงานการติดตามผล รายงานการขนส่งรายวัน/รายเดือนตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
6.ทำการตรวจสอบสถานะการรับตู้ และการคืนตู้ที่ท่าเรือให้ครบทุกรายการ
7.รายงานปัญหา วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และหาแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการทำงาน
8.คีย์ข้อมูล และรวบรวมเอกสารต่างๆ เพื่อทำการวางบิล
9.ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
