หน้าที่ที่ต้องรับผิดชอบ
-จองเรือกับสายเรือต่างๆ
-จัดเตรียมและตามเอกสาร booking confirmation
-ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรเพื่อให้งานส่งออกสำเร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนด
-รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าตรวจสอบและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและข้อผิดพลาดในการออกใบแจ้งหนี้
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
คุณสมบัติ
-สัญชาติไทยอายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
-วุฒิปริญญาตรี
-มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความรับผิดชอบ
-กระตือรือร้น ขยันทำงาน รักในการเรียนรู้ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์
-ทัศนคติเชิงบวก สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
-มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
-มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี ใจรักงานบริการ
