What they need
รายละเอียดงาน
- รับสายลูกค้ากรณีลูกค้าติดต่อเข้ามาเพื่อสอบถามกรมธรรม์ หรือ รายละเอียดกองทุน
- ติดต่อหาลูกค้าที่ซื้อกรมธรรม์ประเภท Unit link เพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดกรมธรรม์ / กองทุน ให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- จัดทำรายงาน การโทรออกเพื่อส่งให้กับหัวหน้างานทุกอาทิตย์
วันและเวลาการทำงาน
ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (วันอาทิตย์จะได้หยุดแน่นอน วันจันทร์-วันเสาร์สลับกัน) มีตารางแจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน
โดยแบ่งเป็นกะ เวลา 8:30-17:30 น. / 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 / 11.00-20:00 น.
สถานที่ทำงาน
อาคาร ERGO Tower (ติดกับ BTS สถานีกรุงธนบุรี)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ Call center / Customer Service/ บริการลูกค้ามาก่อนอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน IC License (Investment Consultant)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel ในการทำงานได้ดี
- ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม มีการตรวจประวัติก่อนทำงาน
