รับแจ้งเหตุการณ์ภัยคุกคามด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ (incident report) จาก L1
วิเคราะห์ Log ต่างๆ จากระบบอุปกรณ์ (SIEM, ArcSight, Splunk)
สร้างและปรับแต่ง usecase
ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อปรับแก้ usecase ตามความต้องการของลูกค้าภายใต้ Scope งานที่มีการสัญญาไว้ และเสนอมาตรการควบคุมทดแทนในกรณีความต้องการของลูกค้าไม่สมเหตุสมผล
วิเคราะห์ความต้องการด้าน Cybersecurity ของลูกค้า และเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสม
ประสานงานกับลูกค้า เจรจาต่อรองขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อลด Workload ของทีมงาน
ให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้าในการบริหารจัดการด้าน Cybersecurity และ Incident Management
ประเมินผลการทำงานภาพรวมของ CSOC และนำเสนอในรูปแบบที่สามารถตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้า
ต่อรอง CSOC KPI/SLA กับลูกค้า
ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำกับทีมงาน เพื่อหา Root Cause ของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในดำเนินการแก้ไข
แนะนำ กำกับดูแล และช่วยเหลือการทำงานของพนักงาน L1 เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
จัดทำ Monthly report อาทิ ปริมาณ traffic รายอุปกรณ์, สถิติ Incident, จำนวน usecase ที่เพิ่มและมีการปรับแก้
ตอบสนองหน้าที่งานทั้งในและนอกเวลางาน ตามความเหมาะสม
