Data & Reporting Analyst

About the role

This role involves collecting, verifying, and organizing data from various departments to ensure accuracy and usability. You will analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and key insights valuable to operations, and link and compare data from multiple files or sources. You will prepare summary reports and present data to management and relevant departments.

Key responsibilities

• รวบรวม ตรวจสอบ และจัดระเบียบข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้องและพร้อมใช้งาน
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาแนวโน้ม ความผิดปกติ และประเด็นสำคัญที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการทำงาน
• เชื่อมโยงและเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลจากหลายไฟล์หรือหลายแหล่ง
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปและนำเสนอข้อมูลให้ผู้บริหารหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ใช้ Microsoft Excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS และ PivotTable
• ตรวจสอบความสมเหตุสมผลของข้อมูล พร้อมค้นหาสาเหตุเมื่อพบข้อมูลผิดปกติ
• ปรับปรุงรูปแบบรายงานและขั้นตอนการทำงานให้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูล
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, MIS, or related work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and PivotTable functions
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; able to link data and identify causes of anomalies
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Able to summarize complex data into easily understandable formats
• Strong communication and coordination skills with various departments
• Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or SQL is a plus
