Job Descriptions:

• P&L & Cost Forecasting: Evaluate and forecast Profit & Loss (P&L) and manufacturing costs using reliable statistical models.
• Executive Insights: Deliver actionable insights and ensure data accuracy to drive management’s strategic decisions.
• Automated Data Pipelines: Build and maintain automated pipelines to consolidate cost data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AS/400) into the Data Center.
• Data Modeling & Reporting: Translate business requirements into data models, reporting structures, and validation rules.
• System Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data QA, and smooth system deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!

Technical Skills:

• Programming & Database: Python, SQL Server
• Data Visualization & Analytics: Tableau, Looker, Excel (Power Query / Data Analysis)

Key Expertise:

• Experience with ETL processes and connecting/extracting data from ERP systems (SAP, AS/400).
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing Cost structures and P&L.
• Proficient in Statistical Analysis and Forecasting Models (Time-Series, Regression, Machine Learning).

English: Fair to Good communication skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly to executives.

(Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus)
