What they need
หน้าที่หลัก
- ดูแลและพัฒนา CI/CD Pipeline สำหรับ Build, Test และ Deploy Application
- จัดเตรียมและดูแล Configuration ของระบบในแต่ละ Environment เช่น DEV, SIT, UAT และ Production
- ประสานงานกับ IT Infrastructure ในการจัดเตรียม Server, Network, Firewall, Load Balancer, Cloud และ Infrastructure ที่ Application ต้องใช้
- ดูแล Deployment Process และ Release Application ขึ้น Production
- จัดทำ Automation เพื่อลด Manual Process ในการ Build, Deploy และ Operation
- ดูแล Application Monitoring, Logging และ Alert ร่วมกับทีม Infrastructure
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Production โดยทำงานร่วมกับ Developer และ IT Infrastructure
- สนับสนุนการทำ Capacity Planning, Performance Tuning และ High Availability ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Application
- ดูแล Secret, Configuration, Certificate และ Credential ที่ Application ใช้งานตาม Security Standard
- จัดทำ Deployment Guide, Runbook, Architecture และ Technical Documentation
- สนับสนุน Incident Management และทำ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ Release ให้รวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย และลดความเสี่ยงจากการ Deploy
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 25-40 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ ,วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้าน ASP.NET และสามารถอ่าน/ทำความเข้าใจ Source Code เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
- มีความรู้ SQL Server สามารถ Query ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน และ Execute SQL Script ได้
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน AWS Cloud หรือมีความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม
- มีความรู้ด้าน Windows Server และการทำงานของ Application บน Server
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง SSL Certificate เช่น การติดตั้ง, Renew และตรวจสอบ Certificate
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Network เช่น IP, Port, DNS, Firewall และการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างระบบ
- มีทักษะด้านการ ประสานงาน ระหว่างทีม Development, IT Infrastructure และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถจัดทำ Technical Document, Deployment Document, Procedure และ Runbook ได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถติดตามและดำเนินงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจนเสร็จสิ้น
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น โดยสามารถประสานทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาได้
- มีความรู้การใช้งาน Git เช่น Clone, Pull, Commit, Push, Branch, Merge และการแก้ Conflict เบื้องต้น
- เข้าใจการใช้งาน Git ร่วมกับกระบวนการ Build / Deploy / CI-CD
- สามารถตรวจสอบ Version และ Source Code ที่ใช้ในการ Deploy ได้
